Barry J. Palkovitz

Barry J. Palkovitz is a trial attorney and managing attorney of the Palkovitz Law Office and Traffic Law Center LLC.

Mr. Palkovitz provides experienced legal representation for clients injured in automotive and motorcycle accidents, and slip and falls as a result of landowner negligence as well as all types of criminal cases including DUI, theft, drugs, and missing violation charges.

In addition, Mr. Palkovitz represents and advises clients regarding drafting of wills, trusts, and POA’s as well as handling administration of estates and cases in Orphan’s Court and before the Register of Wills.

Mr. Palkovitz graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 and he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. He also attended Masters in Tax Law Programs at Temple University School of Law.

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Palkovitz has been an active practicing trial attorney in Allegheny County since 1986 continuing the Palkovitz family legal tradition which began in 1927.
